  • Each session lasts for 45 minutes, to ensure the guests remain comfortable in a subzero environment, but if you need to pop out during your session then that’s completely fine
  • Kids must be accompanied by a paying adult
  • Child entry is for kids 4-17 years old
  • Under 18s allowed entry all hours, as long as accompanied by an adult
  • Alcohol will only be served to people 18 years old and over
  • Please be aware this is not a private experience.
